Fits 9006 and 9012 sockets with factory halogen bulbs only; will not replace factory HID bulbs or sealed-beam lamps. Check the plug on your old bulb before ordering, since some trims of the same model use 9005, H10 or H11. Sold as a pair. Street legal in the U.S. for fog light use only; in headlights they are not DOT / FMVSS 108 compliant and are for off-road use.

Description

Diode Dynamics SL2 9006/9012 Yellow LED Bulbs put a golden beam behind the factory fog lenses on Ram trucks and many cars and crossovers. Fog lamps earn their keep when conditions are worst, and a warm yellow color is far kinder to the eyes than blue-white light bouncing off a wall of mist. The SL2 delivers that color from a sealed, passively cooled bulb no bigger than the halogen, with chips set at the filament location so the low, wide pattern stays tight under the cutoff. For crisp white light, DD0465P is the match.
