Description

The Hellwig front sway bar for the 2011-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD gives a heavy front end the stiffness it needs. Plow mounts, winch bumpers and big engines all put weight up front, and the factory bar lets the nose dive and lean into turns. A heavier bar keeps the front level and the steering crisp, with or without a lift. Made in the USA by Hellwig, building suspension parts since 1946.
